BONET Accuracy Adjustment Chucks are available in 3-Jaw (AAC-3) and 6-Jaw (AAC-6) configuration. These chucks are manufactured out of high quality materials. The bodies are made of alloyed high strength cast iron. All other parts are made of special steels which are properly tested chemically and physically before use. These parts are then suitably heat treated and pass through stringent quality control tests, which ensure long service life. STEEL BODY Chucks are also available. These chucks can be adjusted within 0.005mm and repeatability can be achieved within 0.013mm. These Chucks are mainly used on Grinding Machines or for Tool Room Purposes. Operating Key and Mounting Bolts are provided with each chuck.
